The higher the terrain that the Ion Collector is placed on, the more fuel is produced.
- Very Low: +0.8 Fuel/second
- Low: +0.9 Fuel/second
- Medium: +1.0 Fuel/second
- High: +1.1 Fuel/second
- Very High: +1.2 Fuel/second
